Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orchid ("Service"), operated by Vgosh Info, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Orchid.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • You may not use the Service to send spam, fraudulent invoices, or misleading documents.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Orchid offers paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) billed monthly or annually.
  • A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge if you have not used the platform extensively.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all invoices, quotes, and client data you create in Orchid. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

5. AI Features

Orchid includes AI-powered features that generate quote suggestions. These are provided for guidance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI outputs.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vgosh Info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orchid, including lost revenue or data loss.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction where Vgosh Info is registered.
